I’ve been going to this Floyd’s shop for about 12 years. The service is a 10. Traci has cut my hair all this time. She is wonderful. Always friendly and attentive. The staff at this location are also friendly and helpful.
The people there are soo nice and I did a full service and it felt amazing and relaxing. It smelled soo good, the products felt good.
Monica is always a joy and I’m always wanting her chair when I come in! Everyone also is always lovely and kind!

Convenient and easy to book an appt. The stylist/barber kept me informed of the wait. I was early getting there. Friendly, asked lots of questions about what and how I wanted to look, offered other services they. Would...hot towel, shoulder massage etc.
