The stylist asks me as soon as I sit in the chair what exactly do I want. They also answer my questions about the care of my hair, and if I should try using a safety razor in the shower. They don’t rush the cut, eager to get to the next customer. Phoenix does a terrific job, putting a great deal of time and focus into cutting my hair. I feel heard and that he gets what I’m looking for. I also appreciate chatting with him on current events, as he is intelligent and savvy of the issues going on in our country and abroad.
