There are two things that really stand out about Floyd's 99 barbershop. The first thing that stands out, is their employees. Their barbers take the time to get to know their clients. For example, my last barber remembered the little things about the conversation that we had the last time I was in. The second thing that stands out, is way that I feel at home when I am there. I know it's a simple thing, but the one to two minute vibrating shoulder massage is a very nice touch. These two things really set Floyd's 99 barbershop apart from the other chain barber shops.

What I appreciate most about your people, products, and services is the consistency and professionalism every time I visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave satisfied. Freddy in particular does an excellent job — he listens, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, sharp haircut every time. The overall experience is smooth, from the quality of the products used to the level of service provided. It’s clear that customer care and quality are a priority, and that keeps me coming back.
Ally walks you exactly through what she’s doing as she does it which creates a lot of trust to be able to get the hair cut you want. She’s also very friendly, great to have conversations with, and loves cutting hair because it’s her passion.
Service was great, stylist gave suggestions that worked very well. Overall one of my favorite cuts would recommend her if asked!

They’re very kind and gave a lot of patience to my son. My son loves going to Floyd’s ever since his first hair cut. We always had a bad experience at other shops, we trust & would rather go to Floyd’s all the time now, no matter how far the drive is.

Stan is the best! Love the way my cuts turn out, but I also just love chatting with him. He’s down to earth, compassionate, empathetic, and just interesting and fun to talk to. Such a cool dude.

The first barber I worked with was not doing a good job on my hair. And her speaking and understanding English was an issue. The barber and the chair next to me and proceeded and told me she would take care of it and she did an excellent job. I was more than satisfied with the results.
