I like being able to book online, and if a stylist is out they proactively reach out to me for a reschedule or go with another person. That respect for my time is much appreciated. Front desk staff is helpful and Scottee has helped me find my haircut again after a challenging transition from another barber in town who finally retired after many years. Thanks, Scottee!
