My two pieces of feedback would be on:
1. Not hearing back on where we were in the process of the drawings I submitted. Required me to call and prompt after a lag in comms of 5 days.
2. Did not hear back when the products were available at the Richmond location. I had discussed with Jacob that I would either pick up or have this order delivered dependent upon when the materials arrived. I did not hear back and called to find they had been delivered. I understand that Jacob was away at this time so orders can fall between the cracks like this one did. I feel that Metal Supermarket could benefit from having some more structure in place to organize hand-off when an employee goes on vacation
