The staff are the best aspect of dealing with Metal Supermarkets. Staff who know the business, the materials and the clients’ needs. I’ve dealt with my local branch for four or five requests. Always excellent service from the guys there. Much better experience than big box hardware stores when MS has what you need, usually for a better price, and minimum waste when you can order only what you need pre-cut. I’ve recommended them to a few people.
Quick response and I stay nearby so able to pick up same day. Great customer service and custom cuts, always love it.

Awesome things - Quick, lots of variety of product, good website. Not so awesome things - Some pieces were cut 1/16" too long, not good. Asked about drilling holes, price was $5 per hole. A bit steep. Probably would have done it for $3 per hole.
