The frontman (sorry, I forgot his name) was able to answer all my questions and I get what I was looking for easily and quickly.
He was also very helpful in directing me to options where I could get the accompanying washers and nuts for the 1" threaded rod he sold me.

I can get what I need in the pre-cut size I need in quick time. The service is friendly and courteous. The prices are reasonable.
