Easy to work with regarding ordering and turnaround of product ready. The people there are friendly and helpful always, the selection is very good and they are the only metal supplier that cares enough to hand the customer a deburred and clean part, carried to my truck. Unlike any other supplier that I deal with, who just hands over the raw dirty/oily part, and doesn’t even offer a cloth, without me asking.
That little bit of respect goes a long way in maintaining customers and those customers making sure their friends know where to go!!

The flexible service to find an alternate product that works is fantastic
First name removed was GREAT to work with, however when a customer ask for 2’x 8’ pieces of fabric, that does do mean 98 1/2” by 26” inches wide. Check what your back room is providing customers😒
