Made a small purchase online. When I called to check on it I was told it was ready for pick up. I arrived and they could not find it but they said they would check on it Monday and get back to me. They did just that and told me it was not in fact ready but was in process. They were kind enough to ship it to me for free since I live 2 hours from the store. Great communication and customer service especially in today's day and age of poor customer care.

I would not hesitate to purchase again from them.

Friendly staff. Very easy to get a quote and order online. The order can be pick up, cut to the size I need. I have used you for every project I have done in the last few years, including my square drop build I am working on right now.

There are only two things that would improve it for me. Being able to get 45 degree cuts in the Dartmouth location, and having a Halifax location
