I've used them for odd 1 offs many times and I'm so glad they exist. It's pain free, Just punch it in or call the team. Life is so simple sometimes, YOU MUST TRY'EM.
Prices are reasonable and the staff have been pretty friendly in the last few years. Location and available material suit my needs pretty well.

I work at a school - we don't have a tremendous need for chunks of metal. However, when we do have a need for it, it is nice to work with a company that is as responsive as Metal Supermarkets for our "few and far between" needs.
I liked Ian Stafford. His customer service while I was there was amazing and I will not go anywhere else because of him alone!

Great service nothing is to much trouble very helpful
The Southampton branch were very helpful in advising me which priduct I needed . Unfortunately they then didn't have the actual tubing I needed in stock but kept me informed and seemed to go out of their way to get the stock in despite it being a small order.
They were happy to cut to length and cost was very acceptable. Will definitely return next time
