Im' a DIY'er and I found their web site great with excellent information. It was easy to find what I needed and make my purchase. Their email and phone customer service was also excellent. Walking through the front door to pickup my order was a little awkward, but when someone finally was able to greet me the rest of the experience was flawless.
It's good to have a supplier of metal products that cut to lengths you need instead of buying iin bulk. The products i received were in good shape and workable.
