I really appreciated the staff in the Tempe (Phoenix west?) location. Attentive, knowledgeable. I was treated like a big client when I'm buying $40 of off cuts. I stood next to someone buying a literal truckload of steel, we were all treated the same way: as a customer. That's how it should be. Well done, keep it up!
Please read this, though: don't ask customers for feedback and then stop them to prove they're a human. I'm taking the time to give you feedback, you shouldn't be asking me for anything more; once I click on that link, you roll out the red carpet. Figure out how to turn off CloudFlare from your feedback user flow, that UX is *not good*. Use some compute budget for AI prefiltering or tagging, like they do on school kids' papers. The onus to filter bot spam is on you, not your customers.

I like the fact that I can get what ever I metal needs I have from here. I use Metal Supermarkets for my work projects and personal projects. From stainless steel tables for work or aluminum plate for home. They make it as ordered every time, and they're very reasonably priced. I've had them laser cut stainless steel license plates and Christmas ornaments to bending and welding table tops. Stainless steel rods and brass rods for pantries. They have been able to make everything I have ordered with no problems.
My experience was great. It was a small order and the staff was able to expedite the finished product. Some of the sample products on display were helpful in regards to potential future orders.
