If it is helpful: I think it's great that you request feedback, but I feel that the feedback request that customers receive is oversimplified. There should be more questions.

I have visited many Bikram Yoga studios and Dallas studios are clean and have a lot of room in the lockers. Teachers are also helpful and attitude of staff is awesome.

You are greeted warmly at the door and the people that work there are very sweet and help in any way they can.
You offer a 1 hour class during the work week, and your 105 degrees feels a lot cooler than other studios I've been to. Fits my life well.

60 minute classes; two locations; 4 showers at the West Village studio; great teachers; friendly staff and teachers; Would really like to see the 60 minute class offered again on the weekend at 8:30. I really miss that time slot.
I really enjoy the instructors! Everyone brings a different and unique style to the class and takes a personal approach to getting to know all of their students.
