Our multiple classes. I wish you offered classes for mom and daughter time like the gym in Rocklin. So I could bring my daughter too.

Things have improved. I think your operations manager has a good handle on things and her vision seems doable. The cleaning has gotten better but can still be improved further.
Where I have seen some improvement is in the back back facilities, steam, and sauna. Please continue to the process of Continual Process Improvements (CPI). As customers, that what we like to see.
Again, your ops manager at Laguna is making good change.
Since becoming a member of Cal Fit I absolutely love the environment.Customer service is superb. I just wish that corporate would do some major upgrades to the Valine club location. It needs better equipment and lighting outside. I also think you need to deep clean the club with a specialty service. Don't allow the reps come in contact with all that dirt and other things that I don't care to mention. So other that's Cal Fit rocks!!!!

I love the staff and how friendly they are! Jason, Izzy, and Rachel are the best! I really enjoy the Body fit classes too! My son enjoys the gym very much and feels welcomed whenever we go!
The amount of weights
You have a well planned out facility. Well done.
Myself, I concentrate on racquetball using your 3 courts.
It is frustrating though,when court 1 is being used for storage.
There have been several times I failed to play due to wait time.

Yes, I would recommend cal fit to all.
No pressure to hire a trainer. Classes are welcoming and open to all no matter age our workout level. The members are there to workout not to socialize.

I especially appreciate the initial approach to my beginning of fitness with the club that the manager, Silas Brewton introduced to me. It was the best I've experienced because he addressed my wants and needs and clearly explained various programs that would meet those and all the variables involved. After a few individual sessions, I began to work with the perfect match/trainer for me, and off I went for an incredible journey of fitness. The RESULTS.....SUCCESS.
