It is a well run facility. The gym and locker rooms are kept clean; the equipment is kept in good repair. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I like the new workout equipment and some yoga classes.

There’s a wide range of classes, equipment and space for any type of workout. The kids club staff is the best and my kiddos always have a great time.

Does not look outdated anymore. Fresh paint and signage looks great. Music is tasteful. Staff seems happy to be there. Trash and broken equipment don’t exist. Outside is kept up by pool area. Homeless looking trucks aren’t parked there anymore. I feel safe again coming alone. Also how nice to have classes! Great job!!!!

The club is kept clean and is very spacious. Equipment is far enough part so you have space between other people. I like the building it is in because it has high ceilings so the place does not smell sweaty like other gyms.
There is always a staff member cleaning the equipment and floor as well as making sure the sanitizing wipes are kept full.

Have been a member since the 1990's here in Elk Grove. Used the club on Howe Ave. and McClellan once each years ago. I guess you can say I enjoy trying to keep in shape.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The fitness classes provide a variety of workout options for all age groups to help stay fit.

front desk personnel are excellent and the club is clean. Only issue is with members who forget to bring their mother to pick up after them and the members who come in from the pool and soak the floors in front of the lockers.

Friendly staff and our kids feel at home there! The kids always want to go to the gym.
