All staff at Cal fit 7941 fairoaks Carmichael are wonderful & treat me great with care & concern & kindness / Mgr Rachel Is the best she’s fantastic /Sales Mgr Rena is wonderful too. So is Alena & Sara Cogley & Frank & Tony at front desk & they all take care of everything we need as members / also your pool & jacuzzi are absolutely wonderful / this gym membership has changed my life for the better in everyway. It has lots of equipment and is well maintained.
I like that there are plenty of machines available so I can use what I want and don’t need to wait to use equipment.
The machines, space, sauna

Your instructors are very, very good.
The people. The sauna (but can be cleaned more) and the layout of the gym.

My pet peeves are cleanliness of bathrooms and full disinfectant cleaners, particularly the disinfectant towels. When I went the other day, the bathroom was clean and all disinfectant dispensers were full.
The gym is well maintained, and the equipment is up to date
The workout area is open and has natural light.
The gym is close to my home, but the property needs some TLC.
Things break and it sometimes takes weeks to repair.
Umbrella's not replaced near pool deck.
Spa breaks down frequently.
I like the variety of equipment. And all of the trainers and front desk staff are so nice. It’s a very welcoming environment.
Clean, well-organized, nice people, not over-crowded
I especially appreciate the initial approach to my beginning of fitness with the club that the manager, Silas Brewton introduced to me. It was the best I've experienced because he addressed my wants and needs and clearly explained various programs that would meet those and all the variables involved. After a few individual sessions, I began to work with the perfect match/trainer for me, and off I went for an incredible journey of fitness. The RESULTS.....SUCCESS.
