The variety and availability of equipment
I love the Strength and Zumba classes and the kids club for my kids.
I’ve been going to classes/workouts since 2005. I enjoy the instructors and classes. I also like the different ways one can workout; classes, equipment, swimming, personal training, etc.
Large workout area, lots of treadmill machines, many workout machines to choose from. The place is clean and the locker rooms are neat and the lockers work!

The helpful and friendly staff, the clean and well lit facilities, and the variety of equipment all make this an enjoyable and pleasant place to exercise.
The clubs have a variety of activities available. I primarily attend classes and love that I have a multitude to choose from. Mostly I go to 4 different sites depending on my schedule and the exercise class schedules.
I have been a Cal Fit member for years. Very friendly environment. I enjoy working out at my young age of 67. Yay!!!

The staff is great.... especially Taylor, the train9ng manager. Knows her stuff.... great people skills.... a problem solver. Front desk staff is REALLYhelpful. Great gym.

The clean facilities.
Everything, especially the amazingly friendly staff and management. Also, I like the low volume music as it lets me focus on my workout and enables me to hear instructions from my personal trainer. After all, I want to feel being in a gym, not a night club. May I add that the Laguna location is the best of all gyms? The day time manager, supervisors, staff, and trainers are fabulous.
It’s laid back, family friendly, welcoming environment
I like that it's pretty clean. I like that there's a variety of machines. The child care program is outstanding! And overall it's a great gym!
My only real feedback is it would be really nice if there was a separate women and men's sauna & steamroo. It's just uncomfortable at times as a woman having to be in there with a bunch of sweaty men etc and it would just allow me to relax more in that setting.
