I need the Hot Tub for my nerves and DB2 Neuropathy it helps my feet. I like the steam room it helps my breathing. some of us do come there less for lifting weights than enjoying the Water most gyms don't have and I am fine with that although at times I get brave and use the weights. We just started back on 11/29/2021, I have been coming to FF since before my kids were born and the place just opened in Carmichael. Love the waterfall & hot tub and swimming. My Son and Daughter (both autistic and 21/22 now) love the pool. She swims in the special Olympics - Faith with many medals. Michael likes the coolness for his psoriasis it keeps the body temp down and inflammation. Since I got DB2 has really caused me issues and I stretch in the hot tub it helps along with helping my feet not be so dry.. The last time I was going to FF I was very strong racing motocross and boating but now I sit at home. My plan was to join to get us back out and active and to regain a life lost, it starts at Family Fitness and we will get better as a whole.

The facility offers a wide range of equipment and an excellent steam room, sauna and pool. It's clean, well maintained, and the personnel are friendly and helpful. It covers a large area, which is an important factor in this time of COVID because I can feel confident I'm not sharing other people's breathing space. The location is also convenient and the fees are reasonable.
Environment is so calm, friendly people, the environment is clean, and the equipments are available for everyone
It is a smaller club and is usually is not really crowded. You will see lots of the same people over time so it has a home feel the place. Like other CalFit clubs it is clean and well maintained.

Love it that Cal Fit is family oriented, friendly and very clean. Has new or in excellent condition equipment and it's very rare that I ever see equipment out of service.

The only thing I use is the outside Therapy Pool. If you could keep it warmer in the winter months it would be greatly appreciated. I don't use anything else in the facility. Not even the locker rooms.
Friendly desk staff. Lots of equipment to choose from. Clean environment.
