It’s close by. Not as clean as before Covid but clean. Classes and equipment to choose a workout

It's family oriented

The friendliness of most everyone at the club. It makes working out a pleasant experience.

It is clean, Areas spaced out, friendly staff, great classes

Clean, hygienic place with good sanitation. Wipes for cleaning our hands and the equipment after use are available all over the place. Staff and Trainers are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, there are lots of fitness equipment available to use.

I enjoy the variety of group classes offered.

I like that you babe extended your daycare hours. Gives parents more of a chance to come in. I like these u have a sauna in the locker rooms. I like that there’s enough cardio machines and your seldom have to wait for one.

Clean, good equipment, good childcare

I like that there are so many of them and that they have a lot of pools (my kids are competitive swimmers and water polo players, and this is nice to keep in shape on breaks). I like the movie room at Greenhaven (I love it. I miss it.)

I have been wanting to take a TRK class, maybe a beginner class. I used this in a PT session and I fell in love with the tool.

I wish it were cheaper, but the daycare aspect was amazing when I needed it.

I wish there were more incentives to get me in. I am so lazy and I just need to do 15 minutes a day to keep myself a little more healthy.

Karen was extremely helpful made my experience at cal fit so convenient and easy. The cleanliness of the gym is immaculate. Machines are new and clean. And a great sauna/steam room.

The environment is a friendly community.

Just rejoined after living in Mexico for several years and the process was a snap. So anxious to get back into the club doing some yoga sculpt and maybe even try to keep up with old spin buddies.

It is not too big, has lots of variety, generally machines are in good shape, you have machines that fit women (not just men), and there is an indoor lap pool of 25 meters

You don’t feel intimidated, it’s a comfortable environment.

I really like the pool length and the number of lanes. I never have to wait to do laps.

The gym is a great size with a lot of cardio machines, and a wide selection to choose from.

There aren't a lot of muscle heads or talker/texters floating around the gym.

The Cal Family Fitness team is the best, they really want to help my family and I get into shape and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Lots of things to do and easy access

I like the facilities: Sauna, steam room, spa, pool. However, the hours need to be longer. Please open as late as you were before the Democrats took away our freedoms.

It’s clean and a huge open space. (Not claustrophobic) it smells good too.

Staff

Comfortable, open, kind of sectioned so intense body builder types and casual workout folks can have their area. Everyone is respectful and it feels good to be amongst many doing good things for the health regardless of condition or body type! The staff is always courteous and helpful.

It has many options for workout machines and work out areas. It’s clean. The hot tub and sauna are a nice amenity that I enjoy.
