The workout areas are spacious and clean, and you have all the equipment we need.
I like the group exercise classes, particularly yoga taught by Lisa at CF-Midtown and by Jill at CF-Greenhaven and CF-Pocket.

Great place to work out. Lots of exercise equipment, classes and pools. Lots lockers to store your clothes and showers are clean.
