Michele, the instructor, is very professional, ethical and knows her craft well. After the Zumba class, I joined her yoga, and it made me feel good, relaxed and appreciate if she could have her classes at keast 2-3 times a week.

This location has friendly staff

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Equipment is spectacular, I absolutely love the sauna and steam room ( just wish they provided towels). The racket ball room is pretty cool, and the pools are great! The second story is a plus! I like seeing how they’re people of all ages, shapes and sizes coming here and getting there workout in, I feel so comfortable. My children love the kids room, I just wish the time frame for KidsClub at this location was open sooner than 4. But I do understand ‘because of COVID, and limited staff. :(’ I’m sure as time goes on things will change but for now, it works. My eldest son works out with me and he also enjoys coming to this specific location.

I like how there's a variety of equipment to use, from the Theatre room to the Steam room. I also like how everything is set up in an easy way that you can make your workout plan, you dont have trouble finding equipment, and everything is given it's own space, for example the sauna and steam room, they are located in an area where you actually relax.

It’s smaller, I primarily use the pool and access to the pool is easy.

I like the variety of equipment at the gym. Lots of weights, cardio equipment, pools, tennis courts etc...
Plus, lots of great personal training classes.
