It's a great place to work out; the members are friendly, the staff are great, and the facility and equipment are outstanding. I've been going to gyms/fitness centers for over thirty years and this is definitely one of the best I've been a member of.

Not too crowded. There’s a good mix of clientele. The equipment is good.

I enjoy the gym but there are things need. Mats in the ladies locker room before someone fall. it's wet an slippery. The indoor pool need cleaning. The ladies showers also need cleaning. I recommend the gym to others but there are changes needed.

The Carmichael location has been very clean since the lady who cleans during the day was hired. Drake is a fantastic front desk employee who greets members by name. Dmitriy is an exceptional personal trainer.

It would be nice to bring back some morning Zumba classes, especially if they don’t conflict with the aqua classes. An improvement would be for all of the front desk staff to be standing to greet the members. Some of them are sitting and barely acknowledge the members or have the checkin scanner set up as “self-serve”. The extras like attentive staff, conditioner in the showers, lotion, deodorant and hairdryers are what have set CalFit apart from the basic gyms.

I like the assortment of exercise equipment and the cleanliness of the gym.

Cal Family is one of the BEST clubs around. There's a great selection of cardio, weights, classes, swimming, courts, you name it. I also feel very comfortable there. I definitely recommend Cal Family Fitness to any one that wants to join one.

The staff is always friendly and everything is always clean.

It is the best gym around. There is a lot of equipment available to chose from. But just one thing; you need more dumbell weights. I know when I go to this corner, it is the only place and it may be a challenge to find the right weight or a bench to sit on. Other than that, it is a very nice gym. Thanks for asking!

Convenient to me

I've had several gym memberships through the years. I never felt comfortable, welcomed or connected so I gave up trying. BUT I LOVE the Greenhaven Cal Fit! From my first call to inquire about membership, to the one on one session with Omar and staff I knew this was the perfect environment for me! I now feel knowledgeable about my workout plan and look forward to going to the gym. I am excited about my physical fitness and optimistic that this time I will stick with it.

Kids care availability and cleanliness

It has a variety of equipment and people are friendly.

Good equipment, close to my home to accommodate my busy schedule, and friendly atmosphere.

One suggestion (I'm in retail business): have your team complete the "ready for business" checklist at the end of the day so first thing in the AM the gym is ready to go - trash emptied, paper towel dispenser and disinfectant wipes stocked, etc. I work out in the AM and they are often-times empty.
