The Laguna location, it is very clean, it has plenty of equipment that doesn't matter the time you arrive, you will have equipment available for your workouts.

I throughly enjoy the Kickboxing Class taught by Shaun Ma! He makes it fun while he teaches us and engages all of his students in a complete body workout. His positive energy is contagious and many of us have become friends through his terrific workout. I used to enjoy and benefit from the GIT class that Shaun taught. It was perfect before our Kickboxing class. i can only hope the class will return. I also appreciate Rachel and Drake at the front desk. They are welcoming and helpful. Heidi works hard and does an amazing job keeping the gym clean.

Old building, convenient location, friendly staff.

There is a positive environment in the gym. People are courteous and respectful of each other. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of equipment to be used. The classes are great…. can’t wait until more are offered.
