Employees are super nice and helpful. It’s evident that the gym is cleaned and sanitized. Members are pleasant and display gym etiquette.

I love the new pickle ball court at Natomas. Please add more times the court can be used for pickle ball.

It’s convenient, “intimate” - meaning small, but I like that, friendly staff, usually pretty clean (esp compared to when it was the Alhambra Athletic club years ago) and most of the other members are nice and polite too

It's very conveniently located, very friendly and helpful staff, and clean. More and more classes are being offered. Would like to see more in the future. It would be so convenient for us older folk if the pool and jacuzzi could be inclosed so as to benefit from it all year around. We love the set-up at the mid-town club. Olga and Pete

The equipment works, the club is clean, and the staff is customer service oriented. Also the amount of equipment and options is excellent!

i love the encouraging vibes from everyone, everyone is super friendly and always there to help me out if I need assistance on a machine and whatnot. Also the people at the front desk are so kind and friendly. the locker rooms are great too, everything is always super clean and restocked.

It always sais "Laguna" but I've been in Folsom for 20 years! all clubs are great. Folsom needs more classes particularly in strength or other type class besides zumba and yoga for weekends. There is a big hole. But otherwise, love playing pickleball (wish there was more access to more days/times) doing classes, and using the gym for weights/cardio!

The club is close and convenient for me and has plenty of good equipment. Sometimes it takes too long for broken equipment to be fixed, but it eventually does. Friendly staff and adequate restrooms. I gave them a nine.

Excellent instructors and friendly staff! Great gym! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to exercise.
