With its multiple levels it provides more machine availability. It’s never has crazy busy as others in the area. Hope the hours extend again to make it more available for those who need to go before work and after work.

The classes, pool & the instructors are #1 reason I am wcal fam fit, plus the location is a bonus. If there were no classes I wouldn't go at all. The instructors are amazing Sean, Aja and Kate. If it wasn't for them and they're awesome attitudes I would never make it to the gym. I'm the kind of person that cannot do self-workouts I need to be forced and they make it so much fun. I've known Sean since 2014/15. Him and Aja are assets/keepers for sure. Kate I just met last summer she's super caring & friendly.

It is very clean and Heidi does agreat job.

Staff is friendly, and enjoy the sauna.

Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, availability of machines

It has all the amenities one needs: weights classes pool etc. In spite of all the people that come in and out of the gym, it stays decently clean, your cleaning staff is amazing!

The facilities are clean and well maintained

The equipment is well maintained, and the gym area is clean. Not as many classes as their used to be before the pandemic, but a fair share. Seems like a fairly family friendly environment...the teens can be a little loud, but maybe thats just part of their nature at that age. but they still seem respectful.

I love the employees. They specialize in making members feel like they’re at home!

Everyone is friendly, the gym is rarely too crowded, nice facility. Our trainer, Justin, is great!

I enjoy going to the Citrus Heights club because it’s clean, has up to date equipment, and friendly staff. I love that there’s a nice sized area to stretch and do my physical therapy (which is not the case for several other locations.)

The staff and childcare

I like that there is a lot of equipment, including barbells, deadlift platforms, squat racks. I like the body fit area and the variety of equipment there. I wish there was at least one more deadlift platform. The gym is clean and well maintained.

Today I want to give a special THANK YOU to Thea, Mickayla and Courtney. The three were diligently cleaning in one area of the gym when I mentioned a problem in the women's locker room. Without hesitation they addressed the problem and all the while they were smiling, pleasant and courteous. Thank you ladies!

I must also mention Martin, who on a daily basis works hard in the entire facility and is always pleasant to speak with.

Lots of good equipment t and friendly enviornment

We love the gym everything from checking in , the classes, cleanliness and work out friends everyone is so friendly and make you feel welcomed.

I like the staff that help me to learn my why around the gym. Also all the workout equipment is great .
