Very open and clean and it smells good and it's chill, and nobody bothers you and it's the best 2 hours of child care I'll ever get.

Always easy to book a class or get in the pool when ever I’m ready. I love the pool/ hot tub /sauna experience. The facility on Palm is nice

I like the smaller Gym, less crowded, although equipment seemed too close together should be 6 feet apart. Front desk was pleasant upon entering and leaving.

The gym needs more ventilation. As soon yo got into the building you can feel and smell moisture and sweat.
Clean, and well-lit. I am disappointed that the Zinfandel gym is so run down and dirty especially in the dry sauna room. the floor is disgusting. I am also disappointed the Citrus HTS., location has not adjusted its hours of operation back to pre-COVID times.
The club environment is clean, and all members are very respectful. There are plenty of different machines, and maneuvering around the club is easy.

Friendly staff members, cleanliness of the club. However, I would really appreciate if you could extend hours of operation on Friday as well as keep it open on Sunday.
