The facility is stocked with functional well placed and backed by excellent technical advisors. Gabe has been taken a large amount of time to assure that I was using equipment and beginning strategies to create a good base to fill my future. I’m 77 and blessed with the opportunity to improve my physical condition. I t create the precision that I can rebuild muscle lost to age. This is real value!!

Group training classes
I like the workout space, swimming area, and most of all that you cater to families. The child care really sets you all apart from other gyms!
More space than the other gyms. Nice locker room area.
The overall vibe is great, and I have had nothing but good experiences: easy on parking, clean, friendly staff, and lots of varied equipment to work out on. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I generally only go to classes, but there is a wide variety of class types and instructors.

It is so large that I haven’t had to wait for machines - even at the 5 PM hour in January!
The staff are attentive and pay attention to members. Members are greeted as they enter. I've found at other clubs staff are looking at their phones often never greeting members allowing them to check themselves in. I appreciate the welcome greeting from CalFit front desk staff. CalFit staff acknowledge members with courtesy when requesting assistance. Lastly, to my surprise, CalFit staff responded to my mention of needed facility maintenance with a callback. What an incredible member response. How staff treat and respond to members is definitely above average.
