I love the Carmichael/ California Club for it's convenience and location. Evererything you may want to use to get in shape or stay healthy is at this location. I love the sauna & steam room after a good workout, it's so relaxing.
Also one of the biggest plush is the front desks staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable about all at this location and other locations. Trainers are also friendly on what you would do to exercise and use of all equipment in the club and what you will need to do for your peticuler needs. Five stars first them! Last but not least is management. Very responsive to all members and new members.

the amenities & facilities.
The club is kept very clean, even the door handle on the entrance door. You offer a series of excellent senior classes, taught by Aviv Bar-Ner. He really "gets" what we seniors need to improve the quality of our lives. He teaches us balance on our feet, taking care of our feet through massage, stretching our bodies, increasing our flexibility, breathing deeply, all of which improves the quality of our lives and helps prevent us from falling, the most dreaded problem for seniors. Great job Cal Fit, for having the foresight to hire Aviv. Thank you for providing his great classes!
Very clean. Most broken equipment is quickly repaired.
The staff and fellow members create a wonderful sense of community; particularly the early morning crowd.

I especially enjoy the pool at the Carmichael Club,on
Fair Oaks and Palm. I enjoy the Awuarobics classes and some of the instructors.
Yes I wish Arden Carmichael pool was a little warmer.
The staff is very friendly
To be honest, if Folsom were not my home club it's very possible I wouldn't be as likely to recommend to other people. I've been to several of the other locations and Folsom is by far the nicest I've been to. Much better than either the Greenback, Sunrise and 50 or Sunrise and Antelope locations.
Great family activities. A lot of free classes from zumba to yoga.
Angel keeps that place clean and sanitary.
Always a clean environment. Employees are very friendly.
There are numerous activities in a clean environment. And lots of racquetball players.
The front desk folks are great, especially at 5am when I get there!

Gym is clean, and staff is friendly, especially the front desk people...only thing the cardio machines don't get some of the cable stations for some reason? Some get all the stations, and some just a few...
