There is plenty of equipment to go around and classes to attended also the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Tim the new manger very well deserved position has been at this club for a number of years and from what I can tell has transformed the gym into a well oiled machine, the last manger didn’t seem to listen to the members concerns and now the areas of concern have been corrected. Thank you for all you guys do, I know it’s not easy pleasing everyone and keeping such a large club clean and running.

Lots of options: classes, cardio machines, private training, small group training

Not overly crowded

Close to home with plenty of parking. Challenging group classes I enjoy. Excellent variety of equipment in separate workout areas. Great lap pool with beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and members. And pickleball coming soon, I hope.

There’s no judgement and there are many people with different fitness levels and ages. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

I can be myself and not worry about what to wear to the gym, have makeup on, or have the “right sports bra” to look like a woman. The gym area is always clean, with many options to clean the machines before and after workouts to avoid spreading germs.

Always greeted with a smile and friendly welcome from the reception staff; everyone is always very lovely and helpful.

Many machines to choose from for a workout, and the gyms never smell.

Would like to know if any of the gyms offer bodybuilding competitions, or suggestions for one to enter. Or upcoming 5k, 1/2 and full marathons. Contact info, groups to join if interested, etc.
Perhaps have links on the apps? I'm looking at participating in a bodybuilder completion in 2024 and be fun to know a group at a gym that supports each other and works out certain days of the week. “Meet up”

My only complaint is to tone down the sent in the steam sauna at Sunset Gym (it's super powerful) everyone says the same thing. And have a large clock visiable outside the sauna rooms to keep an eye on the time. Last night there was 6 of us in the room (we didn't know each other) and all asking the same question, how long have we been in there :)

It would be nice to have the smoothie bar open in the morning at the Rocklin gym to grab a smoothie, coffee, oatmeal, and egg sand, on the way out of the gym on the way to work for breakfast. (I bet Rocklin Donuts & cinnamon would deliver their breakfast sands)

And traditional (not digital) scales at each gym in each restroom.

The front desk people are quite friendly and helpful when needed. The gym and all the equipment is kept very clean. Teachers and trainers are all good. Also friendly. I enjoy my workout experience when I go to the gym. Thank you
