Relaxing; music; tv, etc. I have one thing to say - not pertaining to what your asking- I don’t understand why some of the treadmills you can’t get “Run”. I have to go to a different treadmill to get this- it’s an ongoing problem still as I noticed as I started back at gym -like prior years. I enjoy “Run” while walking or running on treadmill- so great as you feel your part of the scenery

Systems! Everyone is professional the gym is clean. The instructors are very fun. A huge selection of classes varied between the gyms I go to. The amenities are great. And the price is still reasonable.

I want to thank Thea and Rocky for being so responsive to my concerns and taking action when I express them. Excellent job ladies and I especially appreciate your beautiful smiling welcoming selfs when I come in each morning. Also a big thank you to Bertig for the excellent job she does cleaning and taking care of the ladies locker room. It has never been this clean before. Kudos to each of you for a job well done.

It’s amazing how you can go into a gym and just feel like this is your safe place to explore all the different classes and equipment and feel no judgement. All of the employees and training staff go above and beyond at the Carmichael location.

It is a clean , friendly environment and the staff are very good. Shawn cardio kickboxing class is great . I love it and I always looking forward to it.

I appreciate being greeted by staff when I enter. Lots of choices for exercises & weights. The gym is clean. Trainers are friendly.

Besides lots of equipment to work with, there is also so something more important, that is the staff. I haven't seen a group of people who are so friendly. They go out of their way to be courteous and friendly.

the instructors are so people like us! I love them all. I have meet so many people there I really enjoy them. They have become of my social life daily and that is important. The class schedules are perfect. I also attend Laguna facility and I also like that one also. Great place to be. Thank you all!
