Clean, always open when I need to get my workout on

Staff is friendly. Sad to say the womens locker rooms need a serious face lift. The shower area smells and the bathroom area is usually icky. I like the availability of classes

I like the wide variety of options available: classes, the swimming pool, sauna, exercise machines, treadmills, free weights, the rock climbing wall, racquetball courts, etc. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and the facilities are clean and in good condition. The location is super convenient for me and there's plenty of parking. Though I've never needed it, there's a chiropractor's office also if someone would like to see one.

Great staff and a lot of different equipment. My only suggestion is updating all of the barbells and a few machines that are a bit outdated.

Clean and the personal trainers.

Friendly staff, mostly. There has been so many staff changes at the front desk, it's a little disconcerting. On our recent visit Friday afternoon, the young man who checked us in did not greet us or say anything. More training needed on customer service skills. Some of the front line staff are more interested in carry on their conversations with each other than paying attention to the incoming or outgoing members.

One complaint: It is jarring to hear the heavy lifters drop their weights as if they're entitled to do so. OK in your garage, but not in a community setting.

I go to attend my lovely classes and I attend most in the morning. The instructors are awesome! The class manager is cool too and listens to gym members. I love the clean environment and that you keep the ghetto people away.

Large open space. Equipment spread out. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Omar was in my meeting.

It’s a good gym, there are enough people working there to take care of the place. I wish the free weight area were bigger, but adding extra power racks was a great move.
