They guys at CB did an excellent job of communicating where they were with the inspection and estimated repairs. When given the green light to move forward with the repairs they had my car back to me within the time and dollar amount estimated.

The online appointment was easy. I was able to schedule another vehicle for an oil change when I arrived. They gave me a ride back home when I left my car for the day. The text messages kept me informed when the car was being worked on and when it was done. Overall a great experience with the friendly staff.

I brought my truck in because it was making an odd vibration. The front service person Tony was great. We talked about the problem and he offered some ideas. I left the truck with them to look into the problem. Tony kept me in the loop with progress and made some other recommendations for service work. The work was completed by the requested time and it has been working great.
