Excellent customer service! My car had oil leaking from everywhere so a large repair was needed. They made the fix but identified an additional area oil was leaking from beyond what was included in the quote and offered to repair for part cost only. So appreciated! Both the owner and mechanic did a great job of keeping me apprised on how the repair was progressing. Thrilled to have them in my neighborhood as I will be a returning customer.

Friendly professional service. Work executed on time and complete. I have an auto that I wanted to leave overnight but wanted it to be put in the garage and it was absolutely no problem. It was only for an oil change and normal service. Also it was my first visit. I will bring all my vehicles here in the future.

I go to Christian Brothers because they have always been honest. I have gotten a few family members to go to the Inver Grove Heights location recently too who also plan to only use them now. I didn't have the best experience last time but once it was noticed by a different staff member it was quickly resolved without me even having to say anything and I really appreciate it. I did have that uncomfortable feeling where you feel like you are being pushed to do something instead of letting you know what your options are this last time. But it seems like it is only one person at this location. Finding a shop woman can go to where you feel like you arent being upsold or scammed is far and in between. I hope that it was a one time experience and definitely plan to continue to use their services. The option for the shuttle is also so convenient.

Very courteous personable staff. Liked the way they text you with the inspection report, very informative. Will definately use them again. They even have a courtesy shuttle. Best auto repair I have found in Minnesota.
