They were very willing to help me and when there appeared to be more issues with my car they worked hard to figure out what that was. They gave me multiple rides to home and back to pick up my car. They gave me free oil changes because of some inconveniences. Great experience!

First, your online booking site is super easy to use and efficient. Tony replied to my email promptly.

When I arrived, he was on the phone and had a client at his desk. He still paused to greet me and make sure I was greeted. Great at multi-tasking and at customer service. Offered me a drink and even made coffee for me. First class and top notch service.

He kept me updated when the vehicle was completed. The other service advisor greeted me right away when I arrived. Tony gave me an explanation of the repairs.

Great service great experience

Been looking for a mechanic since the last company we worked with sold-out to another company - and the service went downhill quickly.
Got six cars in our family - and none of them are exactly 'new' -- so we need a good, honest mechanic to help us maintain them all.
Finally found Christian Brothers...
Fantastic, professional communication. Joseph & Tony were great. Didn't over-sell anything. (Actually saved us LOTS of money by finding a minor issue that we were told was a major issue!)
Owner of the company even gave me a ride back to work.
Hopefully our vehicles will hold out for a while - but all of our maintenance and repairs will now be done at Christian Brothers in Inver Grove Heights.

I was treated with respect and dignity. I was given reasonable recommendations that made sense and did not feel like CBA was looking to maximize my bill. like a relaxing breath of fresh air. As long as I'm getting service like this, I have a new home for auto maintenance. Dare I say and answer to my prayers. If any asks, I'm pointing them to CBA.

I am a first time customer but not a last time customer. My service advisor, Jim was nice and he was professional. I needed an oil change and got one without them trying to upsell me all sorts of different servicing (unlike a dealership). An inspection was done but nothing else was needed! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was offered something to drink. The service was finished faster than expected. I will certainly return for service!

10/10 experience with Christian Brothers. We had a last-second issue with our car but were able to be quickly worked into the schedule. Communication was top notch and 5 star customer service, Christian Brothers will continue to be our go-to for automotive needs. Thank you!
