I appreciate that you have a dedicated staff person to cover the front office and phones. At other places, I have to wait until someone sees me waiting in the office. Its a very professional interaction, staff were kind and respectful. I also like that you send pictures of what you find and the technology you use for communicating issues. Very helpful :)

During my visit, I was treated fairly and with respect. The Technician as well as the sales person were honest and straightforward with me on what was needed to repair my vehicle.

Everything was great with one exception. The staff was speaking badly about one employee and even saying they wish he would be fired. This not something that should be done in front of customers in my opinion

Excellent Service and Employees

It was really great. All work was clearly explained, I was kept up to date on timing and I was able to get a ride home while they did the work.

The people and the service were great - my apologies for not remembering there names. We were on our way from south east Minnesota to St Paul. Our car had a major breakdown in Inver Grove Heights on highway 55. We were lucky to make it to a parking lot. We found the names of a few shops in the area. Christian Automotive we’re able to take our car and recommended Marks towing. The tow truck was at our location in less than 30 minutes. The owner took us in the shuttle van to our hotel. We were kept up to date on the progress of our car by text and phone call. Our car was repaired by the following afternoon and the shuttle driver picked us up from the hotel. Great service!
