Great customer service!
I took in my daughter’s 2015 Elantra that had a brake warning light on. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as just a failed sensor, not a problem with the new brakes. Instead of recommending fixing the sensor which would have meant replacing part of the braking system and cost close to $1000, they recommended we wait and do nothing. That shows an amazing integrity, and a willingness to put the customer’s interests ahead of profits.
Friendly and honest/upfront. They really treat you like you’re one of their own! They keep you up to date on anything being done as well as using texts/emails to communicate reports or work done. Makes it easier than having to always be on a phone call! Love their warranty program. It is literally second to none!

They're extremely kind, upfront and honest. They will guide you through the whole process before taking your vehicle in and go over everything, piece by piece, upon picking your vehicle up. They, also, offer complimentary shuttle service depending on the location.
