Everything was great with one exception. The staff was speaking badly about one employee and even saying they wish he would be fired. This not something that should be done in front of customers in my opinion

Excellent Service and Employees

It was really great. All work was clearly explained, I was kept up to date on timing and I was able to get a ride home while they did the work.

The people and the service were great - my apologies for not remembering there names. We were on our way from south east Minnesota to St Paul. Our car had a major breakdown in Inver Grove Heights on highway 55. We were lucky to make it to a parking lot. We found the names of a few shops in the area. Christian Automotive we’re able to take our car and recommended Marks towing. The tow truck was at our location in less than 30 minutes. The owner took us in the shuttle van to our hotel. We were kept up to date on the progress of our car by text and phone call. Our car was repaired by the following afternoon and the shuttle driver picked us up from the hotel. Great service!

Christian Brothers is a very fair and professional service center. They do what they say they'll do and do it in a reasonable timeline.

I have had several estimates on work vans and Christian Brothers has always been fair with pricing and kept me up to date with timing on completion of the work I needed done.

I decided to check out Christian Brothers Automotive after getting an estimate from a dealership. The cost was a lot less, and the warranty for the work was way better. I was in and out within the day (they diagnosed it, got the part, and fixed it). They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and the amount was less then I was told. They gave me a Valentine's discount of 14%. That was pretty awesome!!!

A special shout out to my shuttle drivers, especially Sydnie, who helped get me back there when the shuttle was not available. I will be recommending everyone to consider Christian Brothers Automotive Inver Grove Heights as their go to repair shop.
