They have been there for me when I needed them several times now. Once I needed to add air to a tire I had forgotten to top off before I left home. They were closed for some sort of training (they were just making the switch from MJs to BikeMart) but they had forgotten to close the entry from the back hall. At first they told me they were closed but then someone out after I left and took care of me. Yesterday, one of my SPD-SL cleats broke. I couldn't clip in. I was about 50 miles into a 60 mile ride and managed to ride five miles to them. They had what I needed in stock, opened it for me and let me use their hex wrench to take out the old and put in the new.
They are a great resource and friendly too boot.

Although I wasn't approached when I started looking around, once I got someone's attention, they were very thorough and got me what I needed. Adjusted the bike for me and helped get the merchandise to my vehicle. I'll be back in 6 months for a tune up.

I have only shopped there once but i can tell you that they have good selection of bikes and their staff was very nice .

The staff at Bike Mart are the best! I bought my first road bike and the staff was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for my first bike. I really appreciated that they spent the time to teach me about a few of my options and what would work best for me. They weren’t pushy or just trying to make a sale, it felt like they genuinely cared about their customer’s experience.

Brian (and the other employee whose name I forgot) were awesome. Had me bring my bike into the store because I asked if y’all had an air pump. I stopped in with my buddy as we were cruisin the Trinity.

Those gents were very friendly and just simply chatted with us. No sales pitch….no look of “if you ain’t buyin, you need to be flyin”.
