They took the time to quickly check out my vehicle even though they were very busy at the time and it was towards the end of the day.
When they looked at it in depth the following morning, they gave me a recommendation that was truthful, even though it meant they would make less money. That showed me they were thinking more about me than their bottom line.

Others could learn a lot from following your business model. Yes the prices are a bit higher, but you know you are getting quality work done correctly the first time.
