My first experience with Christian brothers was just last week. I was overly impressed with the professionalism, and politeness of the staff. The building and shop were cleaner and more updated than any other auto repair store I have ever seen. They are upfront with the pricing and keep you updated throughput the whole repair process. They include pictures of any defect that gets real time texted, and emailed right to the client. I have told my family and friends about this place and I will definitely be back.
I loved the honesty and personal touch of my experience here. I did not feel like I was being sold anything unnecessary. I felt welcomed and acknowledged and respected. The light atmosphere of the Lobby was great and I’ll definitely be back.

Christian Brothers has been the best Automotive company I have ever worked with and I've lived a lot of places. They go above and beyond to keep you informed. They are honest, communicate exceptionally well and take pictures of your car. They even went above and beyond and drove my car to my house for me. I cannot say enough great things about them.

This was my second visit to Christian Brothers Automotive on Yuma in Goodyear. I am so very impressed with how they conduct business with their customers. I observed them helping an elderly gentleman. They were patient with him, they were kind and extremely helpful to him. I was so impressed. And that was with another customer! I received the same attention and care with my car. James made sure that my car was carefully tested with everything I had asked for. He ensured it was in great condition to take me further with it, as I love this car. But most impressive was the fact that he could not determine what was causing my A/C vents to remain closed on hot days (because it wasn't hot the day the car was with them). Therefore, he refused to charge me in anyway for that service. If you are looking for a good, hard-working and honest automotive repair shop - Christian Brothers Automotive is who you are looking for. I'll go to no others!!
The service person was professional and courteous and didn't try to upsell me even though my vehicle needed a couple things. I will be back when we can afford to get the work done and i will highly recommend your team. The work was done quickly all the while keeping me informed.

Great service. Took a little bit longer than expected for an oil change but after receiving pictures of my inspection I didn't mind the time. Really appreciated the help they gave and advice for those upcoming potential issues I could face. Also accepted a $50 coupon with no hassle or fuss. Keep up the good work guys.
