We always appreciate the "no hassle" respect that Christian Brothers Automotive has for us. Times are hard and as an establishment they need to be competitive and fiscally responsible to stay afloat, but they understand that the customers are in the same position. On many occasions, two locations have given us their honest opinions and "service" that lead to us saving money.

They were able to get us in for service on the same day we called. I arrived and took a few minutes to do the necessary paperwork (very quick), they offered me a bottle of water and i waited in the comfortable waiting area for the work to be done. Once complete, they went over the details, I paid and was out the door. No hassle, no worries. Very friendly, clean facility. Great experience

I was rear-ended prior to my appointment for an oil change. Tim did a full safety check and reassured me that the car was safe to drive. He also found that the battery was faulty and replaced it. I drive about 100 miles a day, so to be stuck somewhere with a dead battery would have been such a drag. I am confident that I receive great advice and value at Christian Bros. A big shout out to Tim, who always treats me with kindness.
