Both of my services writers were both friendly and knowledgeable. Very hard to find that combination these days.

Had our vehicles oil changed as well as the transmission fluid changed.
Staff were excellent when checking in after we set up the appointment days before vis electronically.
Offered the complimentary shuttle but declined as we ventured out to the local mall to Christmas shop and lunch.
Vehicle was promised on time and excellent workmanship completed.

My only complaint was that this was the second time an oil filter on one of my vehicles was installed improperly. The first time, it came lose after about a month or so. The second time, the oil filter wasn't checked to have all its seals which caused a big oil leak at home on my driveway and garage. Other than that, they are a pleasure to work with.

We love how well CB communicate’s and sends us the repair reports to approve. They also make sure they call us if they have any concerns or questions as well. The work they do is top notch. If something is not fixed right or breaks again (which only happened once in another vehicle) they fixed the problem with no expense to us and took accountability for what needed to get done. We have been very pleased with our service there.

My visit to Christian Brothers Automotive on Monday was my first time using their services. I assure you, it will not be my last!

I was so pleased with the ease of setting my appointment via the online option. To arrive and find them ready to take my car in immediately was impressive and greatly appreciated.

Upon the completion of my oil change, I appreciated the photos of recommended services for my next visit. When they mentioned a missing screw and I told them about my upcoming trip to the upper area of California, they checked to see if they could replace the screw right then and there and did so. It left me completely free of worry during that trip. As an older, single woman even a small screw can cause unneeded worry on such a trip and it felt wonderful to see the service techs and mechanics ready to deal with it right then so that I didn't have to worry about it.

Finally - the music in your waiting room is terrific!! I loved listening to it and believe it answers the question I've had when driving by other Christian Brothers Automotive locations. Thank you for bringing one into the Goodyear/Buckeye area!! I will be back and am very thankful to have you here!! God richly bless your business!!
