EVERYTHING! It was an absolute pleasure releasing my 2004 Cadillac Deville to service manager Elisha Pedigo and his most competent and customer-friendly staff. From Elisha to Tim, my well-qualified mechanic, to the rest of the staff (Clint, Sam, Stacy and others) I encountered nothing but genuine courtesy and respect. My car had failed to pass emissions on a number of counts and the team worked diligently to achieve a very satisfactory resolution. I am a disabled and elderly widow and was bequeathed this quite gorgeous Cadillac four years ago—by a deceased husband, who was a “car nut” to me, an absolute know-nothing. The CBA staff not only personally assured my car passed Emissions Testing, but returned it to me with adequate fuel, the tires aired, a bit of Freon added, the body washed, and the long-lost programming restored. When I later viewed my bill, I concluded I had been fairly charged for the many services rendered and was thankful that I chose Christian Brothers Automotive from their high Google rating. I took a stack of their brochures and business cards with me to pass on to friends and neighbors in my resort. I recommend them highly and without reservation—Betty Davis

The team was friendly and helpful

Very professional and down to earth people. I did, however, discover a problem after my oil change. I don't believe the oil filter was torqued to spec as it had come loose and is leaking oil slowly. If this can be remedied at no charge, I'll continue to be a customer for any future automotive help.

Great service as usual…my guest experience was several years ago in New Braunfels, Texas . I travel extensively and make it a point to utilize Christian Brothers wherever and whenever possible. The customer service is outstanding, the mechanics are top notch and there, in my experience, is a level of integrity that is seldom found these days. Although, admittedly not the cheapest guys in town, you get what you pay for.

The employees make all the difference, you have a great team at this location. The atmosphere and customer friendly waiting room was exceptional and appreciated.
I will definitely be coming back.

Customer service and complete detail inspections

I appreciate how open CB is about the issues that need to be repaired. They send pictures of the codes, and very detailed reports about what needs to be addressed. Extremely professional and well organized.

The staff there is very friendly and helpful . Tim Klapper the tech that worked on my truck gave me a follow up phone call after I had picked up my truck to make sure everything was ok. Customer service is the key to any successful business. Tim went over and above. I was very pleased.

Got in and out quick. All of the employees were very welcoming and nice. They covered everything before and after the service to make sure there were no questions or concerns.

They asked good probing questions about the issue with my car. Then they put together a solid plan to get to the heart of the issue. The communication throughout the entire process was amazing as I elected to get updated texts. They never pushed other services upon me, but did bring to my attention other opportunities. Once they had my approval, they made the repairs quickly. My car was returned to me in very good condition on time. Well done!
