I can’t speak to the price because all of my repairs were covered under warranty but, every one I talk to was very friendly and professional. The work was done pretty quickly. It’s really great that they accept CarMax warranties, a lot of places won’t deal with those

Great service

I love taking my car to Christian Brothers. They are like family. I like that they get you in right away and transport you to where you need to go while waiting! Prices are very reasonable. They communicate with you every step of the way via text. They do a thorough examination and let you know if anything else needs to be done! I would definitely recommend them!

Professional Hours Fast

I appreciated the honesty and transparency when it came to the problems with my car and the costs to repair it.

This is the second time I've needed to have repairs on my car, different issues. The people here are the best! They told me all that was wrong, what I could wait on doing and what needs fixing immediately. That tells me they're not out to only turn a buck. They also delivered my car to me when it was ready because I was incapacitated. This place it legit!

Professionalism and honesty

I like the customer service. How they keep me posted every step of the way with the repairs my car needs. My car usually is ready by the end of the day. They have a nice shuttle service, so I don’t need to be worried about how to get to work or home.

The name, cleanest, customer service they provide when waiting on your vehicle to be serviced. The location, the owner Ken who offers his customers courtesy transportation to drop you off at home while they service your vehicle. They are very professional, the mechanics are very good at what they do. I appreciate them explaining to me in exact and clear details on what my vehicles needs and don't need. I use to take my vehicles to this other shop that really didn't live up to their name. Christian Brothers Automotive does!!!!
