My suv broke a accessory drive belt about a block away from this Christian Nrothers location. It happened to be the first place I could turn off to check the problem. I use the location in Barrington often so I felt confident in asking them to help. They quickly went to work verifying it was the old belt and that nothing else caused it to fail then attained the part and had me back on the road with in two hours. I waited with my much welcomed dog in the customer lounge. Time went by quickly talking with another happy customer.

Researched known issues of vehicle prior to appointment. Thorough inspection of vehicle and analysis to determine root cause of the ongoing issue. Details on vehicle inspection report and repair estimate are clear. Staff is knowledgable, professional, very respectful, and kind. The courtesy pickup and drop off service is a huge value for me. As a middle aged single female I feel safe at Christian Brothers. They provide me with the peace of mind that I'm not being taken advantage of.
