Great communications on repairs and customer service

The fact they provide shuttle service was a Plus and the fact that C.B.A. gave me a quote that was within $25 of my European Mechanic who could do my brakes, but was backed up at his shop, was another positive. I wasn't shopping around for prices, "My Guy" could've done them, but since "The Price Was Right" I figured I'd share the wealth. I now have "2 Go To" shops!

The constant communication and professionalism of the staff was the best. They kept me informed at all times and gave detailed analysis of my vehicle and the required work needed for repairs. Have been here several times with great service every time. Very friendly employees and owner. I normally do most of my own work but I am willing to pay them to do the work.

I liked having a courtesy ride home. I also liked having a rundown of recommended services. I liked the coupons through mail.

The owner was very informative and patiently answered my questions. Every staff member I encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. My vehicle was handled with care and the issues were addressed quickly. I didn't need to utilize the courtesy pick-up/drop-off, but it was offered to me. Every service was quoted prior to me taking my vehicle in and the price I was quoted was the price I was charged. The reception/waiting area was very clean and nicely appointed. It was a great experience all around. As a woman, you often feel "talked down to" at repair shops and you don't trust them. I felt well-respected and I would take my vehicle to Christian Brothers over any other shop every time!
