We were happy to receive a call prior to the services being performed. Fair price, and extra work was not done that we did had not approved beforehand. This has happened at other shops where they did work that we had not approved, but we were charged for it anyway.

The friendliness of the front desk

This is the best place to have your vehicle cared for. This is my second time having this vehicle serviced. I have a 2013 Nissan Rogue and I feel like I have a new vehicle. I was so impressed with the outcome I have it detailed. Now it's really new.

I would recommend this shop. They were open early, communication was excellent, the price I was quoted was the price I paid, they arranged a tow for me, got the job done before the time they promised, and the repair was done correctly. Nice job!

Excellent customer service , very professional. I was referred to them for being honest. I have to say having a 13hundred dollar repair didn't hurt as bad as it would have going through the dealership were I was basically dismissed.

Recommendation: Call the customer vs. just sending service repair estimate via text/e-mail. If I would have received a call vs just a text, I would have approved one of the work order requests vs. declining it as no one told me that the anti-freeze flush was crucial to the timing belt repair. Had someone called me to tell me that, I wouldn't have declined the service over text.

Very friendly, informative and non the less fixed a problem that no one else could. No one knew what the problem was I wasted a ton of money fixing the maybe problems with others but CBA was very patient and knew exactly what to do and what it would take. 100 percent recommend. And I’m not a person to leave a review but they deserve it!
