I was over in your area from Shreveport, LA and thought I would stop in and see if y’all had any Sram eTap shifters for my 3T Exploro RaceMax gravel bike since I’ve been waiting so long! I met Andrew in your service department, he was great and hooked me up with the shifters and brakes!!! I brought brought my bike back over Tuesday the next week and it was ready that afternoon!!! It was so nice to visit a bike shop that has everything in stock and people that are knowledgeable and caring!!! You are my bike shop and will travel 3+ hours to bring my bike for service!!! You guys are the best!!!

I live in the neighborhood (Devonshire) and had a flat tire while riding my bike. I walked a few blocks to your store on Lovers Lane, which is the first time I have been in the store since you opened here. Your staff was fantastic! Pete, the General Manager was excellent. He made my wife (first time bike buyer) feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. The whole staff that assisted in looking at bikes, adding accessories on (after we purchased), and answering questions were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Mark was very helpful! He explained all the ins and outs of the bikes. Very friendly, nice to meet people like Mark. That's probably why he's been employed there for 17 yrs. He loves what he does and it shows.

Incredibly convenient and professional courteous service! The day I called about bike pick up and repair they came right away. And as soon as they said it was ready they came right back with the bikes! I highly recommend this bike store and shop for all of your biking needs

But service at the Campbell location was “Bike Elitist”
If you don’t look like a 140# and 300+ FTP you were neglected
