Excellent facility, well maintained, clean highly professional, friendly staff. Mike Damico, best trainer I have ever had both in knowledge, talent, safety, positive, professional, happy, accommodating attitude. Same with Kara for Physical Therapy and Michele as the receptionist for PT--all great!
The side entrance is very convenient, especially after I have finished my workout & don't want to walk upstairs and down again.

At times during weekday water aerobics classes there are too many instructors teaching 3 classes. Very hard to hear above all the voices

O constantly amazed at the friendliness of the staff and their patience even when I was having trouble with my side entrance privilege. I am in my third month of recovery from knee replacement surgery on my right knee. I am scheduled to have my left knee replace in late September. It is my hope that I will be able to use the regular entrance by June of 2018.

I just love the quality of service and the convenience
The men's showers and steam room need better maintenance. The steam room frequently smells and the shower area has light bulbs out,broken soap dispensers, floor drains frequently blocked with "stuff " and a general lack of maintenance.

Everything, the staff are all friendly, traitors are knowledgeable . Great selection of classes, up to date equipment .
I have knee issues which is what brought me to BAC in the 1st place. It makes the thought of going into the gym stress free. So anyone with joint issues, especially knees, would benefit from that entrance.
