I joined in July and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Jill checked in with me to see if I had any questions. I've been doing personal training with Mike and plan to continue indefinitely. He told me about Brandon's KinStretch class - which I love, too. I have had a very positive experience.

Nice pool. The sauna is not hot enough, even after it warms up. I turn the sauna on before I work out, so it should have plenty of time to warm up, yet I barely break a sweat after 20 minutes inside.
We love the YAC and especially the Kids Night Outs
It's conveniently located for people working in the Cummings Center!

Great classes
I basically come in and do my workout. I don't utilize the other opportunities such as pool, personal training, basketball, or alternative training styles. It's nice to know it's available if I wanted.
I would request possibly opening at 6 am on the weekends.

The swimming lessons are excellent! Jennifer is a great teacher! I would recommend her to anyone!

I enjoy the club very much, but it seems that a lot of maintenance is being ignored. There are lockers that are broken in the ladies locker room. Two of the three soap dispensers in the locker room are totally broken. One of those dispensers has been broken for several months. It would be nice to fix what's broken.
The friendly people that work there---David has been very helpful---I'm new to Mass from Ohio---he helped me find my way back to Princeton Ave----wrote directions---and they were perfect!!!
Jill is very eager to help new comers-----also met some great members.

the machines are maintained well and there is always availability saltwater pool and lots of classes would like an off hours class like 10 or 11am or even2pm--thanks
