Could use trainers walking through exercise rooms to answer questions more often; group exercises for average guys, not just superheroes. which would be less intimidating, and get people to begin groups programs.
Love that classes are included in my membership so I can attend as many as I want to on any given week. Also love how big the facility is and love the quiet womens workout space.
